Vicente Libertini

Managing Director

Vicente left Argentina in 2002 and moved with his family to Galicia where he started company providing welding and industrial fabrication for the large commercial shipping industry. In 2005 after selling up in Galicia Vicente came to Mallorca and after a few years working with other local fabricators he decided to open his own operation. Vicente is very driven and has an superb ability to design bespoke components.

Jim Lotz

Sales and Marketing Director

Joining Vc Metalwork in 2017 Jim brings nearly 20 years of marine industry experience. His technical nature and project planning is an asset to the organisation. Jim is also responsible for the marketing and 'feel' of Vc both in Spain and the US.

Cecilia Castellucci

USA Office

Cecilia has been with Vc Metalwork since our inauguration and has been instrumental in the growth and efficiency of our administration.
Ceci has been working with our customers since 2008 and is responsible for managing both the Spanish and American offices.
Without Ceci life would be impossible at VC Metalwork!

Jesús Jiménez

Senior Fabricator

Jesus has been with us here at Vc for close to six years and was born on the island of Mallorca.
Jesus is fastidious in his work and has an incredible eye for detail and finishing. Jesus spends fifty percent of his time here in the workshop and the rest with our clients in the port.

Carlos Sastre (Charly)

Machine Shop Foreman

Charly has been working with us at Vc Metalwork for eight years and has been working in this field for nearly forty years. Carlos is a perfectionist in his work and is the perfect man to head our lathe and milling department.
Carlos provides CAD drawings for our team when required and is without doubt an integral part of the VC backbone.

Jorge Reina

Fabricator/Welder

Jorge has more than 20 years of experience in fabrication and has been with Vc Metalwork since October 2015.
One of the best fabricators we have he is undoubted a great part of the Vc Team.

Pedro Crespí

Machinist

Pedro joined Vc Metalwork in October 2016 and is based in our main premises as a machinist assisting an already busy department.
Pedro has over 20 years experience on the lathe already and has almost doubled our capability in house.

Lee Baynes Smith

Fabricator/Welder

Lee started work back at Vc Metalwork in 2018 after a well deserved travel break. Now base back in Palma Lee has reaffirmed his position in the business as an experienced fabricator/welder. His bilingual skills (and beaming smile) come in very handy around the workshop and yard.
